Delete your FitGuard account

In the app (instant)

1. Open FitGuard and go to Settings.
2. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm. Your account and all its cloud data are deleted right away.

By email

No longer have the app? Email support@nirvailabs.com from the Google account you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my FitGuard account". We delete it within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile (email, name, picture), workouts, plans, step and usage totals, settings, friends, challenges, group memberships and leaderboard scores. Nothing is kept, except anonymous crash reports, which do not identify you and expire after 90 days.

Guest users

If you never signed in, nothing is stored on our servers. Uninstalling the app removes all data.
